Unless otherwise noted, registration is required for all programs. Caregiver must be 16 years of age or older.
Storytimes (Six week sessions) January 24th – March 1st After School Club *NEW* Grades K-2 Limit: 20 per session Wednesdays at 4:00 p.m. Session lasts 45 minutes Children in grades K-2 are invited to join an after school club where they will read some great stories, participate in projects, crafts, and/or games. Lapsit Birth-18 months Limit: 15 per session plus caregiver Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. Sessions last 20 minutes Caregiver participation is required. Lapsit focuses on 0-18 months and includes direct interaction between the child and their caregiver. Lapsits are filled with short stories, finger plays, music and lap games. Toddler Time 18 months- 21/2 years Limit: 15 per session plus caregiver Tuesdays at 10:00 a.m. or Wednesdays at 6:30 p.m. Sessions last 30 minutes This interactive storytime will feature short stories, finger plays, action rhymes and songs! Toddlers will develop social interaction with others and help encourage language skills. Caregiver is strongly encouraged to participate with child. Preschool Story Time Ages 3-5 (not in kindergarten); children attend alone Limit: 20 per session Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. or Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. *NEW* Sessions last 40 minutes Have fun with engaging books, finger plays, action rhymes and songs as child builds their early literacy skills in prepa-ration for kindergarten.
