Teens entering grades 7-12
Learn to Crochet
Mondays, December 5th, 12th & 19th - January 16th and 23rd at 5:00 p.m.
Grades 7-12
Limit 10
Length 45 minutes
Learn the basic stiches -- chain (ch), single crochet (sc), half double crochet (hdc),
and double crochet (dc). Make some shoelaces, a bookmark, a sunglass caddy,
and more!
Teen Advisory Board

Calling all teens in 7
th thru 12th grade! Share your thoughts on what the library can offer you in books, programs and more! Snacks will be provided. Teens may receive service hours for participating.
Teen Game Day
Saturday, January 28th,
2:00-3:00 p.m.
Grades 7-12
Warm up on a cold weekend day at the library with food, fun and games! The library will have some of the newest Wii games to play on our gaming system. Hang out with your friends and play some fun board games provided by the library. Board games will be raffled off at the end of the program.
Treats for Your Sweet

Whether it’d be for your sweet tooth or a sweet person, come in and have some fun with Chef Kate. She will have some of the sweetest treats for you to taste and recipes for you to make at home!
ACT 10 Question Challenge

In this workshop, students will try 10 tough ACT questions and learn 10 winning strategies to help them succeed on Test Day!

Throughout the year, special programs are planned where volunteers may be needed. If you need any service hours for school or a special event please come into the library and see the youth services staff.
